What is a credit?
A credit is 1 cent of shop value. A pack is 1,000 credits for USD 10. Each workflow shows the credit price before you generate. What you see is what we debit.
Typical jobs: a text-to-image still is a handful of credits; a character-into-scene edit is usually a couple of dozen. Upscales and batches add up with size and row count. The quote on the generate bar is the source of truth.
Do credits expire?
Yes — 24 months after you buy the pack. We email you about a month before. Leftover credits in that pack then leave your balance and the expiry is recorded on your account. See the Terms.
Refunds
If a generation fails, those credits come back automatically. Pack purchases are otherwise non-refundable except where the law says so, or if you close the account with unused, unexpired credits. Email [email protected].
Why did a job fail?
Common reasons:
- The photos were the wrong kind of file, or over 10 MB.
- The instruction and the stills did not give the model enough to work with — try a simpler prompt or a different photo.
- The model refused the photo under its own safety rules. Credits are refunded; try the other model or a different still.
- The engine did not finish. Wait a moment and run it again — the refund should already be on the balance.
Batch jobs
Batch Jobs run text-to-image from a JSON or CSV file. Maximum 50 rows per batch. One prompt per spreadsheet row — if several prompts land in one cell, we split them on line breaks. We quote the whole file up front and refuse it if your balance cannot cover it. A failed row refunds that row. Closing the browser does not stop the rest — the server keeps going. The batch page shows how many are done, working, and waiting. There is no public gallery of batch outputs yet; download the zip or each still from the batch page.
Signing in
We email a magic link, valid for 20 minutes, single use. There is no password. Open the link, then tap Continue — that last tap is what signs you in, so a mail preview cannot use the link first. If it says expired or already used, request a new one. Check spam for mail from [email protected].
What models do you use?
Each workflow is paired with third-party image models chosen for that job. Dropdowns name the product — Model A — Flux 2, and so on. Dated comparison stills on Tests use those same names. We do not train those models; we connect your stills and instruction to them.
Who owns the outputs?
We do not claim ownership of your uploads or your generations. You do not need to credit PixelShapr, subject to any applicable model-provider terms and to our Terms.
