Acceptable use
Last updated 9 September 2026
PixelShapr connects your jobs to third-party image models. Those providers — and our payment provider — enforce their own rules. This page is ours. Where a model’s rules are stricter, follow those too.
Zero tolerance
- Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving anyone 17 or under — including fictional depictions. We report this where the law requires.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery of a real person.
- Content that exists to harass, defame, or dox a real person.
Also not allowed
- Copyright or trade-mark infringement (uploading work you do not have the right to use, or generating work you intend to pass off as someone else’s).
- Illegal content under UK law, including extreme pornography and terrorist material.
- Trying to overload, hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse PixelShapr, its systems, or the model providers.
- Sharing an account, reselling credits, or automating the service in a way that bypasses the signed-in, credit-gated product.
Adult content
Consensual adult imagery of adults may still be refused by a model provider. If a job is blocked, credits for that job are refunded. Do not try to evade a provider’s safety filters.
What happens if you break this
We may refuse the job, remove content, suspend or close the account, and forfeit unused credits to the extent the law allows. Payment and model providers may take their own action.
Takedown
If you believe content on PixelShapr infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the URL or job details and how we can reach you. We will look at it promptly.
